Abstracts and full texts of papers should be submitted in electronic form in Russian or English, prepared in MS Word 2000/XP/2003. Paper size – A4, font – Times New Roman, font size – 14, single line spacing, margins (upper, lower, right, left) – 20 mm. The paper should include authors name(s), academic degree, academic status, position, institution, phone number and e-mail address. The data should be followed by paper title, a brief ab-stract (one paragraph) and keywords (5–8). The full text size – up to 5 pages. Pictures and tables should be numerated and captioned.
