Dr. Abilov, Ass. Prof. of "Communication Networks and Telecommunication Systems” department, participated in the DAAD contest with the project entitled “Quality of Service in P2P feedback networks”. His victory in the contest is not the first one: Dr. Abilov already won a grant of IREX, a Swedish institute and Russian Fund of Basic Research.

The "Mikhail Lomonosov " program implies advanced research trainings in engineering and natural sciences. Dr. Abilov is going to do the advanced training in Dresden Technical University, being one of the oldest universities in Germany.
