Kalashnikov ISTU signed Memorandum with Amílcar Cabral University from Guinea Bissau

On August 26 in the frameworks of III International Russia-Africa Cooperation Forum «Education. Business. Culture» in Novosibirsk Mikhail Pisarev, Acting Rector of Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University signed Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation with Rector of Amílcar Cabral University (Republic of Guinea Bissau) Hérculano Arlindo Mendes. The signing was supported by the Centerof Public Diplomacy. 

Memorandum fixes the parties’ intention to develop partnership in engineering study programs. The cooperation will be based on mutually beneficial principles and aimed at strengthening academic links, sharing experience and implementing joint initiatives in engineering education.  

– The signing of Memorandum is an important step in extending the international agenda of Kalashnikov ISTU.  Partnership with African universities opens new opportunities for deeper cooperation, joint educational projects and training of specialists demanded on the global labor market, pointed out Mikhail Pisarev.
