The department was established in 2016 following the initiative of JSC «Gazprom Gas Distribution Izhevsk». The main aim of the department is to improve the education quality by using the research results in the study process, new knowledge and achievements of science and engineering, by extending the research principle of teaching and research component of the study process, staff provision for research conducted in the interests of Gazprom Gas Distribution Izhevsk and other power engineering and housing & utility infrastructure companies of the region.
