ISTU hosted a delegation from A. Dubcek University in Trencinand Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava (Slovak Republic).

Delegation members visited ISTU faculties and departments, met with university adminstration, researchers and pedagogic staff and delivered some lectures for undergraduates and MSc students

In the period from May 30 to June 3, 2011 Izhevsk State Technical University hosted a delegation from Alexander Dubcek University in Trenchin and Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava, Slovak Republic.

The delegation members:

  • Dr. Oto Barborak, Vice Rector for Information Technologies, Alexander Dubcek University in Trencin
  • Dr. Peter Liptak, Dean of the Faculty of Special Technology, Alexander Dubcek University in Trencin
  • Dr. Sergej Vojtovic, Dean of the Faculty of Social Economics Relationship, Alexander Dubcek University in Trencin
  • Dr. Pavol Bozek, Department of Informatics and Automation, Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava

Dr. Oto Barborak and Dr. Pater Liptak delivered lectures for undergraduate and master students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Izhevsk State Technical University on the following subjects:

Dr. Oto Barborak:

  • Employment of special-purpose robots in the textile industry.
  • Materials used for the car interior trim

Dr. Peter Liptak:

  • New materials used in special machinery.
  • Materials for special machinery: determining of characteristics and analysis of quality.
  • New trends in technical cybernetics employed for creation of special machines.

Dr. Sergej Vojtovic delivered a lecture “Formation of the European labor market” to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Managements, Economics, Business-Informatics.

Dr. Pavol Bozek read a lecture “Problematics of New Principles of Robot Control” to undergraduate and postgraduate students in Mechatronics, Informatics and Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.
