International students of Kalashnikov ISTU returned from Eurasian Economic Forum of the Youth

On 19-21 April the representatives of the Association of International Students (AIS) of Udmurt Republic and Students’ International Club of Kalashnikov ISTU participated in IX Eurasian Economic Forum of the Youth «Russia and the Regions of the World: Embodiment of Ideas and Economy of Opportunities».

The event was hosted by Ural State Economic University with the support of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, Federal Agency on Youth Affairs, Association of International Students of Russia and Administration of Sverdlovsk Region. 5,500 delegates from 19 countries of the globe and 12 regions of Russia, official representatives of 22 diplomatic missions of foreign countries on the territory of the Russian Federation took part in it.

Six congresses of the Forum (economists, financiers, innovators, service technologies, strategists and schoolchildren) comprised lectures of the leading Russian and international experts, foresight session, competitions of research works, as well as the rich social program.

The representatives of AIS UR also participated in the meeting of ambassadors and students «A Dialogue On Equals» with the report on the results of several-months’ work of UR Association.

Our delegation had the meeting with Mr. Adu Yao Nikez, President of AIS RF, which was very fruitful. The students returned motivated and ready to implement their ideas to create a favorable environment for international students, promote AIS movement in their universities and Republic.
