Call for Papers
Texts of papers should be submitted in electronic form in Russian or English in MS Word 2000/XP/2003. Paper size – A4, font – Times New Roman, font size – 14, single line spacing, margins (upper, lower, right, left) – 20 mm.
The paper should include author(s) name, academic degree, academic status, position, institution, phone number and e-mail address.
These data should be followed by the paper title, a brief abstract (one paragraph) and keywords (5–8). The paper text may be up to 5 pages long.
Pictures and tables should be numerated and captioned.

Registration
We ask the participants to complete registration form and return it by e-mail to the Organizing Committee.
The registration fee is 100 €. This will cover the electronic version of Conference Proceedings on CD, meals and participation in social events. Accommodation should be paid extra.
The banking information for the conference fee transfer will be sent together with the notification of paper acceptance.

Two round tables (“Society and Education: Legal, Political and Sociological Aspects” and “Humanitarian Component of Culture, Society and Education”) and the Forth Forum of Young Researchers will be arranged within the conference framework. PhD and MSc students in engineering, economics and pedagogics are invited to take part in the forum.
Objectives
Russia joined the Bologna process in September 2003 at the Conference of the Ministers of Education of European countries held in Berlin.
On April 21–22, 2004 Izhevsk State Technical University hosted the 1st International Conference “Technical Universities: Integration with European and World Education Systems” within the framework of international forum “Education Quality – 2004”. After that the decision was made to arrange such a forum every two years. On February 20–22, 2012 the 5th Conference took place. Representatives of over 30 universities of Russia, Hungary, Egypt, Slovak Republic, Syria, Czech Republic, Germany, Ukraine, Belarus, USA, Great Britain and Spain participated in the forum. Plenary reports were made by the rectors of leading European universities.
An objective of the conference consists in working out recomendations on development and modernization of Russian and foreign educational systems in accordance with European and world processes.
