The task of the department is to improve the educational process:

to strengthen the links of the university with IT business of the Republic – the main customer of highly skilled human resources;
to involve teachers-practitioners from science and IT business into the educational process.

The department conducts educational, methodological and research work:

Development of academic and methodological complexes, curricula, programs, materials.
Development of research works in:
- Development and implementation of software for corporative information
- Business analysis
- Consulting
- Applied software
- System programming
Arrangement of internships for IT students.
Arrangement of courses in software packages “1C”.
Arrangement of olympiads, contests of graduation projects and other specialized events.
