International Symposium “Theory And Practice of Gearing”
International Symposium “Theory and practice of gearing 2014” aims to bring together researchers, industry professionals and students from a broad range of disciplines related to various types of gears and to honor Prof. Faydor L’vovich LITVIN, the founder of the modern. Theory of Gearing which is world-wide applied by gear scientists and experts.
Topics: Papers are solicited on machines, mechanisms, robotics, mechatronics and related areas within aspects of theory, design, practice and applications of gears and transmissions, including but not limited to: Theory of gearing; Gear geometry, Kinematics, Dynamics; CAD of Gears and Gearboxes; Gear manufacturing, Testing; Reliability; New Types of Gears; and related topics.
Contributed Papers: Abstracts must be sent in English to symposium2014@istu.ru, veniamingoldfarb@yahoo.com. Original papers must be submitted in Word format (8 pages long). Manuscript templates will be available on the conference website.
Venue: Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University, Izhevsk, Udmurt
Republic, Russia. Izhevsk is the capital of the Udmurt Republic, one of
industrial, educational, commercial centers of Volga-Ural region. The distance
between Izhevsk and Moscow is 1129 km, the airport and railway station are
available.
