IV International Conference on NANO-TECHNOLOGY FOR GREEN AND SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION
23-27 March, 2012
Cairo, Egypt |
Organized by: In cooperation with: The 3rd conference "Nano-Technology for Green and Sustainable Construction" took place in 2011. The conference gathered participants from 7 countries (Egypt, Russia, France, UK, Saudi Arabia, Czech Republic and Belarus) and provided a platform for discussions and reporting about research results. Various innovative trends in construction materials science & technology were represented at the conferences, including application of nanomodified materials in architecture; use of fire-proof coats structured by nanosystems; application of nano-composites in construction materials; production of paintwork materials with nanoadditives; application of nanotechnology in making glass and glass articles as well as in air conditioning and construction of power efficient buildings. The aim of the coming conference is to give researchers, engineers, managers and experts from all over the world an opportunity to report about their research results and highlight the problems in application of nanotechnology in construction industry.
