From nanostructures, nanomaterials and nanotechnologies to nanoindustry

From April 03 till April 05, 2013 Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University hosts IV International Conference “From nanostructures, nanomaterials and nanotechnologies to nanoindustry”.

The conference program comprises the presentations of Russian and foreign scientists from the largest research centers. The scientific program covers the obtaining and manufacturing of nanostructures, nanomaterial science, investigation of nanostructures and nanomaterials, development of prognostication apparatus when obtaining and investigating nanoproducts, as well as the application of nanoproducts and nanotechnologies in different areas.

The aim of the conference – discussion of the latest achievements in nanomaterial science and nanotechnology and the challenges in nanoindustry development in Russia.

Apart from plenary and oral presentations, there will be computer poster presentations, as well as a round-table discussion on the results of mastering nanotechnologies, semi-industrial and industrial production of nanocomposites and nanomaterials, and practical introduction of nanomaterials and nanotechnologies into different areas, including medicine and agriculture.    The round-table discussion will combine the reports of representatives of industrial enterprises and research institutions. The exhibition of modern equipment for the investigation of nanostructures, nanosystems and nanomaterials, as well as nanotechnological units and machinery of well-known instrument-makers is also scheduled.

IV International Conference “From nanostructures, nanomaterials and nanotechnologies to nanoindustry” will be open at 10:00 on April 03, 2013 at Student Palace “Integral”. After the official welcoming addresses, the leading scientists in nanotechnologies will make the presentations.

The conference will continue its work on April 04-05, 2013 and also the exhibition “Application of nanotechnologies in the development of innovative activities in Udmurt Republic” will be arranged at Student Palace “Integral”.

The conference will be officially closed at 5 p.m. on April 05, 2013.
