Student of Kalashnikov ISTU won the gold medal at the International Olympiad in physics

On March 17-18 Ufa State Aviation Technical University hosted the final round of the Open International Student Internet Olympiad in mathematics, physics and chemistry.

It gathered 1,592 students from 170 HEIs of the Russian Federation, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Slovenia.

In the final round Kalashnikov ISTU was represented by 8 students: 5 – in mathematics and 3 – in physics. On the results of the Olympiad Denis Vinokurov, a 2-year student of the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, won the gold medals in physics in the profile «Engineering and Technologies».
