We regret to inform about the death of Jan Vrbka, Doctor Honoris Causa of Kalashnikov ISTU

29 img05Rectorate of Kalashnikov ISTU regrets to inform about the death of Prof. Jan Vrbka, Doctor Honoris Causa of Kalashnikov ISTU, Rector of Brno University of Technology (Czech Republic) in 2000-2006 and extends deep and heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and colleagues.

Prof. Jan Vrbka was a famous scientist who has left a mark not only in the science of Czech Republic, but also in the world science. Prof. Jan Vrbka, Doctor Honoris Causa of Kalashnikov ISTU stood at the origins of the developing cooperation of Brno University of Technology with ISTU supporting this collaboration between our countries, cities and universities to the end of his life.
