On the Youth Forum Volga-Yangtze
The student of the Faculty of Instrumentation Engineering and Head of Backstage media center Alexandra Koneva participated in VI Russian-Chinese Youth Forum «Volga-Yangtze».
– I loved it! We were surrounded with care and attention from our arrival. The hospitality of our friends from China was on top. During eight days at the forum, we managed to get acquainted with the culture of the country, its sights: we saw academies, universities, museums and galleries. Every day since the morning we learned about China – new and ancient. In addition, almost every day we walked through the streets of the stone jungle. Despite the fact that not everyone outside the university campus speaks English (especially Russian), we understood each other.
Forums are a great opportunity to share your experience and knowledge with students like you, find like-minded people, learn a lot of new information and, of course, set your own goals. Networking is a very cool activity that helps to quickly and effectively solve any problem. All participants are amazing personalities, active figures and leaders. And for me, this trip was a real motivation for the way to success, including Backstage media center.
Our university helped to purposeful and curious students to combine education and travel. Kalashnikov ISTU is actively engaged in international activities and provides an opportunity to get not only a good education, but also international experience. And I want to finish my article with the words of the famous Henry Ford: «Obstacles are just those terrible things that you see only when you look away from your goal».
