Kalashnikov ISTU will host an open lecture of George Held

On April 19 Kalashnikov ISTU will host an open lecture of George Held – an international expert in digitalization, Vice-President for Digital and New Business Development in «Beeline».

At the lecture «Engineer in the Era of Technological Singularity» a student of Kalashnikov ISTU will learn:  

– What will become the basis of new technological paradigm: artificial intelligence or big data?  

– How do social tendencies change from the point of technological industry?

– How does the artificial intelligence save lives?

– Why is Russia sensitive to innovations more than it seems?

The lecture is aimed at the popularization of technologies and attraction of the interest of generation Z to modern research methods, professional and social activity.

The event will start at 10:00 in lecture room 3 of building 1 of Kalashnikov ISTU.
