Delegation of Branch of Association of International Students of Udmurt Republic at All-Russian Congress of AIS of Russia

On May 25-28 RUDN University hosted X All-Russian Congress of Association of International Students of Russia «Contribution of AIS of Russia to the Development of Youth Diplomacy in International Students’ Environment: Modern Challenges. Opportunities. Perspectives» supported by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia.

The international students of Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University Elsayed Mohamed Eid Abdelaziz Mustafa and Elshimi Youssef Hassan Mamdouh Zaki, as well as the students of Korolenko Glazov State Pedagogical Institute Victoria Kazantseva and Doston Hudoikulov were among the participants of this event.  

Representatives of AIS regional branches — over 300 international students of Russian HEIs from 62 countries of the globe were invited to the Congress.

The delegates were welcomed by V.M. Filippov, Chairman of AIS Board of Trustees, Adu Yao Nikez, General Director of AIS Board of Trustees, Anicet Gabriel Kotchofa, General Director of Non-Profit Partnership «INCORVUZ-XXI», First President of AIS of Russia, as well as the representatives of Federation Council, Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and State Corporation «Rosatom».  

The reports on the forms of interaction and cooperation with AIS of Russia were presented at the plenary session. The business program comprised master classes on the technology of leadership and project activity development, and speeches of the presidents of AIS branches in Izhevsk, Novosibirsk and Kursk on the adaptation of international students in Russia. Mohamed Elsayed shared his experience in the work of our branch and answered numerous questions of international students.

The Congress was culminated with the gala concert, at which the branch of AIS UR was honorably represented by Doston Hudoikulov.
