Kalashnikov ISTU signed agency contracts with educational agencies from Pakistan and UAE at Educational Forum «Study in Udmurtia»

On May 20-23, 2024 Izhevsk hosted International Educational Forum «Study in Udmurtia» aimed at extending international relations with foreign countries and attracting international students to the universities of the region.

The representatives of recruiting agencies from 15 countries visited the universities of the Udmurt Republic, got acquainted with the study peculiarities for foreign students and cooperation opportunities.

In the days of the forum Kalashnikov ISTU (Kalashnikov Tech) signed contracts with recruiting educational agencies from United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. It is planned to develop and strengthen relations with new partners, work out new study programs and study areas for international students, continue improving the campus infrastructure for comfortable life and study.

The recruiters visited Kalashnikov Tech on May 21 with the tour of our campus. After that they had the meeting with Acting Rector Dr. Aleksandr Gubert during which they got acquainted with our educational and research areas, discussed the collaboration perspectives and opportunities.

At the moment, 225 international students from China, African countries, Middle, Eastern and Central Asia and other countries are studying at Kalashnikov Tech. The admission process is currently open to 4 bachelor and 2 master programs run in English, as well as the Foundation Program (Russian language course) and 41 bachelor and 33 master Russian-taught programs.
