Faculty of Advertising and Design
Dean Mikhail Chernykh, Prof., DScThe faculty was founded in 2002. The faculty has been steadily growing, thus within last 5 years the number of students has increased in 4 times and currently exceeds 1,000 (including those obtaining secondary professional education). Every year the students participate in institutional, regional, Russian and international contests, festivals and exhibitions winning various diplomas and awards.
The faculty comprises the studios for drawing, painting, chromatics and composition, design and graphics, advertising; 3 computer rooms; wood processing and machining shops; wood engraving and painting shops; shop for metal artistic working.

The faculty also houses the students’ experimental agency “ERA”.
Faculty Staff 50 lecturers, among them: 2 Doctors of Science, Professors, 18 Candidates of Science (PhD), Associate Professors; 4 members of Artists’ Union of the Russian Federation, 4 Honored Workers of Art of Udmurt Republic
